This year, we have an added the category of 'Lifetime Achievement Award' in recognition of individuals who have made a considerable contribution to the affordable home ownership sector. They must be/have been regarded as a leader in their field, who developed new ways of thinking and encouraged excellence. These could be people who are still actively involved in the sector or who have retired.

Identified contributions could be for example:

• Influencing Government
• Communities and Neighbourhoods
• Excellence in customer service
• The development of new initiatives 
• Any change which they have instigated that has had a positive lasting impact in the sector

PLEASE NOTE: Nominations are accepted for people within or outside of the sector as long as the above criteria is fulfilled and it is demonstrated that:

• They have lived through the idea and seen it through to fruition
• Made a positive impact/difference
• Each nomination must have two separate supporting statements/refrences (maximum 750 words). The two statements should not be from two employees of the same organisation.
